Western Blueprint Limited were commissioned to re-model, upgrade & enhance the existing and somewhat dated front-of-house catering area to this busy 24/7 operation in central London.

Works included a new bespoke servery with hot & cold food choices, a deli bar, live action Chef’s theatre and a separate branded coffee bar. The dining areas & public spaces were also upgraded, as was the automated wash-up system.

The project included extensive demolition & construction works, which included a total refit of the existing building services, modification to fire detection & suppression systems, M&E alterations and all new wall, floor & ceiling finishes.

A temporary foodservice operation was also implemented to enable continuous trade during these works.
