With an ageing catering facility, the client embarked on a major refurbishment programme and Western Blueprint Limited were pitched against a number of other specialist design companies to not only solve the complex problems of ever-changing menus and service styles, but to also work in conjunction with an independent interior designer to compliment the adjacent areas, which were also undergoing major transformation.

The entire front-of-house area was stripped of all existing servery counters, floor coverings, ceilings, lighting, etc and a ‘clean-sheet’ approach was adopted whereby a high volume - free-flowing main servery counter offers four independent hot choices, along with a large central bespoke theatre station, an independent salad island, hot & cold self-serve counter, chilled desserts station plus a large beverage station to dispense high volumes of beverages in the limited time available to each diner.

This resulted in a stunning transformation and one the client is proud to ‘sell’ as part of the overall attraction to Yarnfield Park Training & Conference Centre.
