Eurest employed the services of Western Blueprint Ltd. to undertake the full refurbishment of the existing staff dining facility. Partly refurbished in the 1980s with only a food servery area, the remainder dating back to the sixties. The new design was to incorporate an all day service Café Bar, meeting room, and a new food court style servery incorporating Theatre cooking for breakfast and lunch services.

The flooring, ceilings and lighting throughout were fully replaced and updated. The works were extensive due to the sheer size of the building and were phased over a 5 week period including weekends with the food service remaining fully operational throughout.

The resulting refurbishment provided the client’s staff with an improved catering offer allowing all day accessibility, encouraging a far greater use of the facility, enhancing the employees work life experience, and a significant increase in business for the caterer.
