Working with the client's appointed architect, Blueprint transformed an out-dated canteen into a modern restaurant to serve the head office staff. Kitchen refurbishment included the introduction of cold rooms and segregated working areas, while chrome, granite and subtle down-lighting provided a stylish, sleek servery.
