Partnering a leading architect, Blueprint refurbished this challenging site to provide clearly defined and branded serveries, a coffee bar, kitchen and a retail outlet complete with bespoke counters and coffee servery. Use of space and flow was significantly improved, and dramatic use of colour & lighting enhanced the vibrancy of the entire eating environment.
